Job summary

Summa Health is seeking a board-certified/eligible OB/GYN to join our team at Akron, Ohio. You will become a member of Summa Health Medical Group, a large multi-specialty group with nearly 700 providers employed by the Summa Health System.

Our Women’s Center on the Akron Campus handles 5,000+ deliveries annually. Clinical partners include Level III NICU support, an academic appointment at NEOMED, and an Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Ohio licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to practice in Akron and surrounding communities.
• Comfortable teaching and working with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
• Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Teach and mentor residents and mid-level providers.
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care within a team-based environment.
