Optum CA seeks an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our Northridge team. You will provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in a collaborative, clinician-led environment within Optum Care Delivery.

Clinic locations include Mission Hills and Northridge with a Mon-Fri schedule and a 5-person call rotation. Deliveries/surgeries occur at local hospital/ASC and a dedicated care team supports you.

Competenze

• MD/DO/MBBS degree required or equivalent.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active, unrestricted CA medical license or ability to obtain.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Active BLS certification.
• Welcoming 2025 graduates.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine well-woman exams, follow-ups, family and prenatal care.
• Deliveries and surgeries at nearby hospital/ASC.
• Coordinate care with dedicated support team.
• Maintain efficient clinic flow with 18–20 patients daily.

Position Highlights:

• Clinic Location: Mission Hills and Northridge
• Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Call Schedule: in a 5 person rotation
• Comfortable seeing wide range of Obstetrical and Gynecological conditions
• Manage patient care for routine well woman's exams, follow up appointments, family and pre-natal care.
• Deliveries and surgeries performed at nearby hospital and ASC
• Average Daily Patients Per Day: 18-20
• Dedicated care team to support providers

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
• Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active BLS certification
• Welcome 2025 Grads
• Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
