Optum CA is seeking an Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our team in Northridge, CA. You will care for a broad range of OB/GYN conditions, manage prenatal and well-woman care, and participate in deliveries and surgeries at nearby facilities.

The role offers a Monday–Friday clinic schedule with a dedicated care team, a supportive environment, and opportunities to advance practice within a national organization.

Competenze

• MD/DO/MBBS degree required or equivalent
• Board certification in OB/GYN or eligibility
• Active, unrestricted CA medical license
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active BLS certification
• Welcome 2025 grads

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care including routine well-woman exams, prenatal and family planning.

Position Highlights:

• Clinic Location: Mission Hills and Northridge

• Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Call Schedule: in a 5 person rotation

• Comfortable seeing wide range of Obstetrical and Gynecological conditions

• Manage patient care for routine well woman's exams, follow up appointments, family and pre-natal care.

• Deliveries and surgeries performed at nearby hospital and ASC

• Average Daily Patients Per Day: 18-20

• Dedicated care team to support providers

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S

• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment

• Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment

• Active BLS certification

• Welcome 2025 Grads

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
