HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician for a hospital-employed women’s health program serving the Fayetteville–Sandhills region of North Carolina. The role emphasizes outpatient obstetric/gynecologic care, prenatal management, and labor/delivery coverage in a collaborative setting with CNMs and other providers.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree in medicine.
• Completed Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible to obtain an unrestricted North Carolina medical license.
• Strong obstetric, gynecologic, and surgical capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage prenatal care across pregnancy stages.
• Participate in labor and delivery coverage.
• Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Evaluate and manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries.
• Provide preventive women’s health services.
• Inpatient consultations and postoperative follow-up.
• Educate patients about reproductive and preventive health.
• Maintain timely medical documentation.
