Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine and higher-risk pregnancies within program capabilities.
• Provide labor-and-delivery coverage.
• Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Deliver preventive and routine women's healthcare.
• Diagnose and manage gynecologic conditions.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgery.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations.
• Participate in shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNMs, AP providers, nurses, and hospital-based specialists.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality and patient-safety initiatives.

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity in south-central North Carolina.

This expanding women's health program offers an established referral base, experienced midwifery and advanced-practice support, modernized labor-and-delivery resources, loan-repayment opportunities, and a manageable call structure.

The location offers a lower cost of living and a community-centered practice environment while remaining within reach of Charlotte, the North Carolina Sandhills, and coastal destinations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Strong obstetric, gynecologic, and surgical judgment
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered women's healthcare
• Practicing physicians and qualified graduating residents are encouraged to inquire

Compensation and Recruitment Support

Compensation is negotiable and will reflect the physician’s training, experience, scope, and anticipated productivity.
