Job summary

U.S. Navy Medical Corps is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join its active‑duty team. This nationwide, full‑time, in‑person role delivers comprehensive women's health care and supports military readiness.

Total annual compensation ranges from $259,000 to $301,000 and includes a $400k accession bonus, $60k incentive pay, and a broad benefits package with 30 days PTO, maternity leave, housing allowance, CME, and Forever GI Bill.

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or ECFMG Certification)
• ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency (or in final year)
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB/GYN (or in final year of residency)
• U.S. Citizenship
• Up to age 57 (Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)

Responsibilities

• Deliver full‑spectrum OB/GYN services, including prenatal and postnatal care, labor and delivery, gynecologic surgeries, and treatment for reproductive health conditions.
• Provide care in both clinical and operational settings, ensuring readiness and well‑being of service members and their families.
