Job summary

Delfina is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our patient-facing team in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. You will educate expectant mothers about Delfina’s pregnancy care data platform, help them enroll securely, and work closely with OB/GYN partners to ensure a smooth experience.

This role requires compassionate communication, attention to HIPAA compliance, and the ability to manage multiple conversations with clinic staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational reliability to manage multiple conversations.
• Comfort with tablets, mobile apps, and digital enrollment forms.
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity with diverse patients.
• Preferred: experience in maternal health or OB/GYN settings.
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients onsite at OB/GYN clinics to introduce Delfina and assist enrollment.
• Educate patients about benefits of Delfina's platform with clear empathy.
• Guide patients through secure enrollment with accurate data entry and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to integrate enrollment into patient flow.
• Document daily activity: patients approached, enrollments completed, feedback.
• Relay insights to Delfina's growth and implementation teams.
• Represent Delfina with professionalism and empathy to champion patient experience.
