Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Germantown, MD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with Women’s Health NP (WHNP) expertise to deliver care in an OB/GYN setting. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, individualized patient care and promote health maintenance and disease prevention.

The role requires MSN, MD licensure in Maryland or Compact, and advanced specialty certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; MSN required and terminal degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Advanced certification & credentialing according to specialty area required.
• Certifications aligned with area of responsibility required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experienced WHNP with obstetrical and gynecological experience preferred; new grads with L&D RN exp considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary health team to deliver care.
• Provides therapeutic health services focusing on health restoration, maintenance, and disease prevention.
• Serves as expert practitioner and supports clinical and organizational practices within the specialty.
• Works in a collaborative environment to promote evidence-based care.
