Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a registered nurse to join the Parma Health Center team. You will plan, deliver and document nursing care for patients under physician orders, and supervise assigned nursing staff as needed.

The role requires thorough clinical knowledge and strong communication within a busy clinical setting. Qualified candidates hold Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and have a solid foundation in nursing theory and practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current registered nurse licensure in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice; care planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, document and evaluate nursing care for patients in assigned area.
• Direct activities of nursing personnel; observe, assess and report patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, treatments and patient responses; uphold mission and standards.
