Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an APP to provide outpatient OB/GYN care within a high-volume, team-based practice. You will perform prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic visits and collaborate with physicians, APPs, and an OB/GYN residency program in a diverse urban setting.

The role emphasizes equitable, patient-centered care for economically disadvantaged populations, with opportunities to teach and mentor residents within an academic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA, or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Experience in women's health or OB/GYN preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to equitable, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OB and GYN care, including routine prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic visits.
• Perform office-based procedures (e.g., LARC insertions, endometrial biopsy; colposcopy if trained).
• Manage a broad range of clinical conditions with physician collaboration as needed.
• Deliver patient-centered care focused on improving access and health equity.
• Participate in team-based care with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff.
