Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Medical Assistant to support front and back office operations in a clinic setting in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves patient intake, vitals, blood draws, and scheduling with a strong emphasis on compassionate care.

Ideal candidates hold an MA Certificate, graduate from an accredited program, and have 3+ years of experience (OB/GYN a plus). Proficiency with EMR (Athena) and MS Office 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have MA Certificate and graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, OB/GYN preferred, in a clinical setting.
• Experience with EMR systems, Athena knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and basic clinic computer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Back office: blood draws, non-stress tests, injections, vitals, and specimen handling.
• Front office: greet patients, schedule/confirm appointments, collect co-pays.
• Assist in procedural setups and coordinate with hospitals for surgeries.
• Respond to patient portal messages and prepare charts; maintain rooms.
