Job summary

Evolving Solution Services seeks a Medical Assistant for our Mesa clinic. This full-time position involves both front and back office duties in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an MA certificate, are proficient with Microsoft Office 365, and have at least 3 years of MA experience, OB/GYN preferred, with EMR experience (Athena knowledge a plus). Responsibilities include patient intake, vitals, and coordinating with providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Minimum 3 years of MA experience; OB/GYN preferred.
• EMR experience required; Athena knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Back Office: blood draws, vitals, injections, and non-stress tests; assist in procedures and chart preparation.
• Front Office: greet patients, register, schedule/confirm appointments, verify demographics; collect co-pays.
