HonorHealth in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Medical Assistant for the OB/GYN clinic to provide comprehensive front and back office support. The MA will escort patients, maintain exam rooms, and assist providers with exams and procedures.

The role requires MA training, a High School Diploma or GED, and BLS certification. Experience in OB/GYN and a Fingerprint Clearance Card are preferred, with certification in CMA/CCMA/RMA encouraged. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a MA training program is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of MA experience is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card is required (or eligible) for Pediatric Behavioral Health sites.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred (e.g., CMA, CCMA, RMA).

Aufgaben

• Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and escort patients to exam rooms.
• May travel to off-site locations for diagnostic testing and procedures.
• Administer injections and TB tests under supervision.
• Perform venipuncture and CLIA-waived lab tests.
• Handle front-office duties including reception, scheduling, and chart maintenance.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and referrals with case management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
