Job summary

AdventHealth in Mansfield, Texas, is seeking a full-time onsite team member for a busy Women’s Health and Obstetrics/Gynecology practice. Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional shifts 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to support patient care and clinic operations. No weekends or travel required.

The role requires high school diploma, 1+ year experience preferred, and BLS/ CMA-type credentials. You will ensure office flow, assist with procedures, and educate patients while protecting

Responsibilities

• Support a busy Women’s Health/OB-GYN practice, Mon–Fri 8–5 with flexibility for coverage.
• Ensure efficient office flow by preparing patients and equipment.
• Document results in the practice’s system and maintain compliance.
• Provide comprehensive patient care during visits, including intake and tests.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical and staff information and assist team.
