Qualifications

• Experience with medical scheduling, billing information, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and staff to enhance the patient experience and promote a welcoming environment.
• Collect and accurately enter demographic, clinical, billing and insurance information.
• Schedule patients following policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Take vitals, assist with basic patient care duties as directed by physicians.
• Assist with registration, scheduling, and patient communications as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized reception and clinic areas.
