Murfreesboro Medical Clinic (MMC) is seeking an OB/GYN Nurse to provide nursing guidance and patient support in the OB/GYN department. You will follow MMC policies, assist in exams, and coordinate care with physicians to meet patient needs in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent MMC in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greet guests and callers promptly and helpfully.
• Set up exam rooms; assist doctors and providers during exams and procedures.
• Document patient intake, chart orders in EMR, and ensure accurate lab/radiology orders.
• Maintain mammogram and PAP smear logs; educate patients on medications and treatments.
• Flexible to stay past scheduled hours to accommodate patient needs.
• Complete mandatory Healthstream assignments on time.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate patient care with staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines and MMC policies.
