Job summary

Desert Sage OB/Gyn in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. The role supports physicians, greets patients and handles routine patient-care tasks in a fast-paced OB/Gyn setting.

The ideal candidate is a certified Medical Assistant with strong communication and teamwork skills; prior OB/Gyn experience is preferred. We offer a four-day work week with 10-hour days and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant Diploma required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Previous OB/Gyn experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-care services.
• Room patients and reconcile medical and prescription history.
• Support Physicians – perform minor patient care tasks (immunizations, injections, minor surgeries).
• Answer phones, take messages, report test results, and coordinate with physicians.
