Responsibilities

• Back Office: blood draws, non-stress tests, injections, vitals
• Assist in procedures such as Amniocentesis, Cerclage Removal, CVS
• Schedule surgeries with local hospitals, verifying times with patients and providers
• Respond to portal messages between patient and provider
• Front Office: greet patients in person or by phone and direct inquiries
• Register, schedule, and confirm appointments
• Verify and update patient demographics as needed
