Job summary

The Buckhead OB/GYN practice is seeking a licensed practical nurse to support physicians with patient care and procedures. You will triage patients, take medical histories, and answer questions while maintaining a friendly, efficient bedside manner.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in OB/GYN, EPIC EMR experience, and a solid understanding of HIPAA/OSHA compliance. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of OB/GYN experience, including interoffice communications.
• EPIC EMR experience only.
• Experience with HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient calls to identify urgency and the next steps in patient care.
• Intake with patients.
• Converse with patients and providers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist physicians with procedures.
• Perform NSTs.
• Administrative duties, including prior authorization of medications and completion of FMLA paperwork.
