Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an OB Hospitalist Physician (OB/GYN Hospitalist) to join a hospital-based team providing obstetrical and gynecological care. The role includes collaboration with Maternal Fetal Medicine, participation in labor and delivery rounds, and a safety-focused leadership component within a dynamic hospital setting.

The position is full-time with a schedule of 24-hour shifts and occasional 12-hour or mixed shifts, designed to balance patient care with clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Active Candidate in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid state medical license.
• Significant experience with obstetrical emergency care preferred.
• Strong relational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct obstetrical and gynecological care, including contraception when applicable.
• Deliver high-risk patients with Maternal Fetal Medicine support via telemedicine.
• Participate in daily Labor and Delivery board rounds.
• Serve as Safety Officer on Labor and Delivery to ensure patient safety.
• Support community physicians and midwives with clinical assistance as needed.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders involved in patient care.
