Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a dedicated OB Hospitalist Physician to join a hospital-based obstetric and gynecologic care team. This full-time role focuses on delivering hospital-based OB/GYN care, supporting labor and delivery, and managing high-risk obstetric cases in a collaborative hospital environment.

The OB Hospitalist will participate in daily labor and delivery rounds, serve as Safety Officer, and work within 24-hour, 12-hour, or mixed shifts.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Active or eligible state medical license at the assigned site.
• Experience with obstetrical emergencies preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with hospital staff and community care providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including contraceptive services where available.
• Deliver direct patient care to high-risk and complex obstetric cases.
• Participate daily in labor and delivery board rounds.
• Serve as Safety Officer for Labor and Delivery to ensure safest outcomes.
• Support community physicians and midwives with clinical assistance and practice coverage.
• Work 24-hour, 12-hour, or mixed-shift schedules as part of a full-time hospitalist team.
