Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group in the Phoenix metro area is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a high-acuity, inpatient obstetric program with exceptional work-life balance. You will provide 24/7 in-house obstetric care at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale, with a dedicated two-physician coverage model and a minimum of six 24-hour shifts per month to preserve personal time.

Pediatrix® & Obstetrix Medical Group is seeking is seeking a dedicated OB/OBGYN Hospitalist to join our well-established community-based obstetric program. • Provide 24/7, in-house obstetric care at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale. No outpatient clinic responsibilities—100% inpatient focus.

Clinical Acuity & Practice Environment

• Established 8-physician team with excellent camaraderie and mentorship from experienced OB Hospitalists
• 6,000 annual deliveries at a busy, well-established program, with Level III NICU support
• Manage OB ED, unassigned patients, and community OB support
• Assist with cesarean deliveries as needed
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, anesthesia, neonatology, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, timely, high-quality care
