Pediatrix Medical Group seeks an OB/OBGYN Hospitalist to join our high-acuity obstetric program in the Phoenix metro, focusing 100% inpatient work-life balance.

Provide 24/7 in-house obstetric care at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale with a fixed coverage structure and a minimum of 6, 24-hour shifts per month. Excellent team camaraderie and opportunities across practices.

Qualifications

• Board Certified OB/GYN with valid license in Arizona.
• Previous OB Hospitalist experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain AZ medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 in-house obstetric care.
• Manage OB ED, cesarean deliveries as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, neonatology, and care teams.

Pediatrix® & Obstetrix Medical Group is seeking is seeking a dedicated OB/OBGYN Hospitalist to join our well-established community-based obstetric program. Work-Life Balance Focused

• Provide 24/7, in-house obstetric care at Honor Health Shea Scottsdale. No outpatient clinic responsibilities?100% inpatient focus.
• Great coverage structure with 2 physicians on at all times
• Work a minimum of just 6, 24-hour, shifts per month, allowing for ample and flexible time off each month

Clinical Acuity & Practice Environment

• Established 8-physician team with excellent camaraderie and mentorship from experienced OB Hospitalists
• 6,000 annual deliveries at a busy, well-established program, with Level III NICU support
• Manage OB ED, unassigned patients, and community OB support
• Assist with cesarean deliveries as needed
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, anesthesia, neonatology, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, timely high-quality care
