Job summary

Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital is seeking an RN to support the OB/GYN team in a busy clinic setting. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for obstetrical and gynecology patients, teaching and coordinating follow-up with physicians and staff.

The role requires Minnesota RN licensure, BLS, and OB/GYN experience within the last two years. It offers a 64-hour pay-period schedule for about 3 months with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in Minnesota.
• Current BLS certification (or willing to obtain within two months).
• At least 6 months OB/GYN RN/LPN experience in last 2 years.
• Able to follow Grand Itasca policies and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services to meet patient needs for OB/GYN.
• Triages calls and manages daily clinical flow for OB/GYN patients.
• Collaborate with LPNs and physicians to coordinate care.
• Perform pre-visit planning and assist with OB/GYN procedures.
• Independently perform NST, BPP, and initial OB visits.
