Qualifications

• Preferred experience as CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician.
• Certified Nurse Assistant license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse.
• Assists with Activities of Daily Living and monitors vital signs.
• Documents patient information and contributes to care planning.
• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment.
