Qualifications

• Experience preferred as CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician.
• Provide direct patient care under supervision and collect vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse and assists with ADLs.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes to the nurse.
• Assists nurse with patient and family education and documents care activities.
• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment.
• Participates in patient safety, quality and regulatory activities.
