The ideal candidate holds RN licensure, has 3–5 years of clinical experience, and demonstrates strong communication, confidentiality, and leadership in a fast-paced setting. This exempt position reports to the Practice Manager and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises professional and ancillary personnel at the clinic.
• Manages a team of clinical staff and oversees nursing services.
• Oversees data collection, care-plans, and adherence to physician orders.
• Ensures proper implementation of plans of care and follow-up.
• Evaluates client response to care components at each visit.
• Documents client care according to professional standards.
• Reviews and updates clinic policies with Medical Director and Practice Manager.
• Orders medical supplies through Office Manager; ensures infection control compliance.
• Participates in staff meetings, evaluates services, and implements policies.
• Represents the clinic in the community and attends professional conferences.
