UW Medicine is recruiting an Associate Director for Ambulatory OB/GYN Services to lead the Women’s Health, Reproductive Care, and OB/GYN Clinics across UW Medical Center locations. You will oversee 100+ staff across Montlake, Roosevelt, Northwest, and Harborview with union contracts and diverse hospital cultures.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ambulatory leadership or direct hospital patient care leadership.
• Experience with data analysis (Excel).
• Ability to draft communications and presentations for senior healthcare leaders (PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or business.
• Master’s Degree in business leadership or healthcare leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, oversight, and coordination for the service line.
