• Fosters interdisciplinary collaboration to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
• Communicates with patients, caregivers and health professionals regarding patient care in the ambulatory setting.
• Maintains patient access to appropriate, safe, effective and timely care; supports cost-effective outcomes.
• Serves as a mentor for new staff and participates in orientation and ongoing education.
• Protects patient confidentiality and reports issues to supervisor as appropriate.
• Demonstrates core standards of exceptional customer service.
• Engages in initiatives creating a safe, ergonomic and confidential environment for patients and staff.
