Job summary

Healthier-Mississippi-People-LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess and develop nursing care plans within an assigned clinical area. You will coordinate patient scheduling, records, admissions, and liaise with case managers, home health, and utilization review for coordinated services.

You will mentor staff, maintain patient confidentiality, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
