Mass General Brigham is seeking an OB/GYN Ambulatory Staff Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, patient/family education, and adherence to nursing processes and safety standards.

Qualified candidates hold an MA RN license, a BSN (or higher), and experience with a collaborative care model; BLS certification is required, and experience with electronic fetal

Qualifications

• MA RN license required.
• BSN required.
• Collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment and fast-paced setting.
• Critical thinking skills required.

• AHA BLS required.
• Electronic fetal monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with health care team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions.
