• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required by the Department.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical: Obtain history, perform physicals, develop differential diagnoses, and create treatment plans with appropriate follow-up.
• Education: Educate patients and families, develop educational materials, and promote continuity of care.
• Leadership: Provide instruction to clinicians and participate in community outreach and systems improvements.
• Professional: Communicate respectfully with patients and staff, and manage workload with the team.
• Quality/Research: Engage in daily quality improvement and lead interdisciplinary care initiatives.
