Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (OB) to lead nursing care across shifts and collaborate with the management team to optimize patient outcomes.

The CNC will coordinate admissions/discharges, supervise staff, and contribute to staffing plans, training, and performance evaluation while ensuring compliance with policies and the hospital's mission.

Qualifications

• Active RN license inFlorida
• 1 year RN experience required
• ACLS/BCLS within 30 days of start date
• Neonate Resuscitate within 30 days
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes ensuring efficient throughput and high quality care
• Collaborates with management to coordinate nursing care and improve outcomes
• Supports staff scheduling and labor management within productivity guidelines
• Manages inventory and supplies to support unit operations
• Provides guidance on interviewing, selecting and training new staff
