Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and escort patients to examination rooms, documenting chief complaints accurately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans, communicating updates to the care team.
• Accurately document nursing interventions and patient responses in the EMR.
• Collaborate as an active team player and adhere to patient-focused care agreements.
