The position is on-site, Monday–Friday days, in a clinical environment with a strong emphasis on patient safety, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice.

• Assess patient condition and nursing needs; set goals and nursing actions.
• Assess and reassess pain using 0-10 scale or other tools; respond promptly.
• Educate patients about medications and care plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions toward goals.
• Adhere to hospital and department standards; participate in meetings and quality groups.
• Report observations to physicians, nurses, or supervisors and document accurately.
• Deliver quality care with multi-disciplinary teams to maximize patient satisfaction.
