Work schedule: 7:00pm - 7:30am, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist Program.
• National certification required.
• BLS Certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle instruments and supplies during surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and assist surgeons.
• Participate in quality improvement practices.

Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology

BLS Certification

Graduation from an approved Surgical Technologist Program

Education

National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting Certification (NBSTSA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) certification

Associate’s degree preferred

Medical Technician License from the State of New Hampshire
