GENERAL FUNCTION

The sales supervisor works closely with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management. As part of the management team, they provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, maintain visual standards, and maximize profits by managing expenses and safeguarding assets. They collaborate with the store manager to develop the team and ensure revenue, profit, and service goals are met.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Achieve high sales performance and results.
  • Assist in training and managing staff to maximize sales.
  • Assign tasks and help schedule staff shifts.
  • Ensure merchandise displays and presentations meet standards.
  • Coordinate merchandise restocking and flow of goods.
  • Ensure staff compliance with policies and standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the store manager.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  • At least one year of retail management experience.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to train staff and foster professional development.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, move around, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical activities like bending, twisting, reaching, and using a stepladder.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
