General Function

As a Sales Associate, you will be the key to ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work collaboratively to meet store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connection, attention to detail, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by respecting all customers and colleagues.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
  • Strong sales skills and accountability for meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment
