GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are key in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet objectives.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver sales and customer service goals by cultivating relationships and building new ones.
  • Provide an unsurpassed customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and solutions that satisfy customers.
  • Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, and support staff.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years retail or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Strong sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
