GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are crucial in ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales and company objectives by cultivating existing and new customer relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and solutions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt accurately
• Strong sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
