GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales goals and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using selling skills and goal drive
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
