GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the most critical link in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. The role involves demonstrating excellent customer service skills, meeting sales and service goals, providing product knowledge, and working as part of a team to meet objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, organized, and secure all company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
