GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are a key part of ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and customer service goals, provide product knowledge, and work collaboratively to achieve store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by making personal connections, paying attention to details, and offering solutions that satisfy customers.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and accountability for results, with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
