GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Participate actively in fostering a positive store environment and maintaining professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
