General Function

As a Sales Associate, you are crucial in ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives by cultivating and building customer relationships.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering effective solutions.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, and support staff.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
3. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
4. Ability to adapt to new technology with high accuracy
5. Strong sales skills and goal-oriented mindset
6. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
7. Self-motivated, able to multitask, and adaptable to change
