GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers, building brand loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
