Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Oakland, CA. Start date 10/19/2026. 40 hours per week, days shift, with travel compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements include 1 year of Cath Lab tech experience and current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications. Additional radiology licenses or certifications may be preferred.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation including patient records and equipment logs

Education

BLS (AHA/ARC) certification

ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification

ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
