Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A/B).
• Physical requirements: lift up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, bend.

Responsibilities

• Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspection, report deficiencies, and complete all reports.
• Provide pleasant customer service, assist with luggage, and address customer service questions.
• Assist passengers with special needs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to ensure fleet operations.
• Maintain clean and orderly shuttle bus.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and according to company standards.
• Report safety incidents and hazards per policy.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Responsible for transporting airport passengers to and from airport parking facilities safely. Assist customers with their luggage and answers any questions they may have. Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of the assigned bus.

Job Duties:
