Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking dependable individuals to transport airport passengers to and from parking facilities. No prior experience is required and paid training is provided.

You will assist customers with luggage, answer questions, and maintain clean, safe shuttle buses. The role includes rotating shifts, with full-time employment starting at 30 hours per week, weekly pay for hourly staff, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401k, and paid time off for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A/B).

Responsibilities

• Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspections, report deficiencies, and complete reports.
• Provide courteous customer service, assist with luggage, and answer questions.
• Assist passengers with special needs.
• Communicate with dispatchers to ensure efficient fleet operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly shuttle bus.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report safety incidents and hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Job Summary

Responsible for transporting airport passengers to and from airport parking facilities safely. Assist customers with their luggage and answers any questions they may have. Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of the assigned bus.

Job Duties

• Provide pleasant customer service, assist with luggage, and address customer service - related questions and issues.
• Assist passengers with special needs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to ensure effective fleet operations.
• Maintain clean and orderly shuttle bus.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
