Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a GSF subsidiary, seeks a Freezer Selector for our Hawaii (Oahu) operation to move, pick, and load in a multi-temperature warehouse.

This full-time, on-site role features a 4-day schedule (4PM–2:30AM), temp range -5 to 38 °F, and union benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Experience with RF scanners and handheld devices is preferred. Company uniforms and boots are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (freezer and cooler).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts; forklift cert required).
• Inspect shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per standards.
• Use RF scanners, Vo Collect headset, and WMS to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
